This site is dedicated to the memory  of
Eliscia Robene S. Roseberry
March 30, 1985- March 19, 1999

Eliscia's impulsive choice to use a weapon resulted in a completed suicide. UNITED FAMILY & FRIENDS is committed to assisting with the prevention of other senseless losses.  Sadly, many of us now realize just how vulnerable and fragile tender young minds can be.  Eliscia was dealing with tough parenting, Racism, peer pressure, just being thirteen, and broken-hearted --  truly too much for a thirteen-year-old, or even an adult.

This site is intended to provide knowledge and comfort.  We truly thank God for Eliscia's memorable years. Our mission is to try and complete the plan God has for our lives. We truly thank our Earthly Angels. Their support encourages us to reach out and touch!!

A Message from the Founder and President

I am grateful for God's guidance for United Family and Friends of Eliscia, Inc.  The decision to leap out on faith in an unknown territory has truly been a test.  My assurance has been that when our vision is on line with God's purpose for our life, we don't need to worry.  He truly doesn't need our help to do His job!  I thank God for everyone who has aided in the success, and challenge them to bring at least one supporter for the next five years.

Suicide is a silent evil.  It is our hope that through Prayers, Finance, Education, and Mental Health Awareness, we can assist in the quest to save lives, and promote healthy living.  I thank each of the Board members, and Advisors for their continuous support during the previos five years, and I look forward to the plan God has in store for the future.
